What is Phonophobia Pal?
If you have a fear of loud noises (Phonophobia) or medical condition (such as Misophonia or Hyperacusis mentioned above). The treatment recommended is often desensitization.
Desensitization is the method of slowly building up a tolerance to something. This is where Phonophobia Pal comes in. By listening to a sound and gently increasing volume over time a person can reduce the amount anxiety or distress felt.
